The service
Southwest CRM Partners (SWCRM) is a CRM for Las Vegas Valley businesses. It delivers business signals derived from public government records, such as license filings and permits, each linked to its source record. Signals are informative only: we surface public facts and their dates, and we do not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice.
Accounts
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us if you think your account is compromised, and give us a working email address, since email is how the free tier is delivered.
Free and paid tiers
The free tier is a weekly email with up to 10 matched signals. It is free indefinitely and requires no payment method. Paid subscriptions add the full CRM and complete signal detail; paid terms, including price and billing cycle, are stated at the point of purchase.
The data and acceptable use
Signal data comes from public records and remains subject to the accuracy of those records. You may use delivered data in your own business development. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the dataset itself, scrape the service, or use the data to harass anyone. Leads are not exclusive: the underlying records are public and other subscribers may see the same signals.
Corrections and opt-out
Any business can view its own record for free, ask us to correct it, or opt out of being surfaced to subscribers. Write to support@swcrmpartners.com and we will handle it.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as-is. Public records contain errors, and we surface them with citations rather than guaranteeing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
